Norgesfilm AS and the Norwegian Film Institute (NFI) have launched a new school cinema service, Filmrommet skolekino, on the occasion of the big school cinema day on February 13. The service contains educational programs for selected cinema films and is free to use for schools. The multilingual Filmrommet is a new section of the streaming service Filmrommet with digital learning materials in Ukrainian and Russian. The target group for the service is children and young people who have come to Norway in connection with the war in Ukraine. The project was developed with support from the Norwegian Directorate for Education and Training. In late August 2022, Norgesfilm was granted funding for an inclusive film service.

On October 18, the streaming service of the International Sami Film Institute (ISFI) was relaunched.
