HTML5 player (Bitmovin). Configured and customized as needed. Supports playback via browsers such as Chrome, Firefox, Edge and Safari. Supports PC, Mac, iPhone, iPad and Android devices, as well as transmission via Chromecast and AirPlay. Furthermore, movies can be played on SmartTVs such as LG BX 4K OLED TV w/ WebOS and Samsung TVs (Tizen OS).
All distribution from the fully integrated Azure platform in Microsoft. A global CDN ensures lightning-fast response, stable playback, saved bandwidth and a good experience for users all over Norway.
Norgesfilm's financial and rights system ensures full control over all cash flows associated with the streaming service. All plays are continuously registered as a basis for reports, statistics and automated settlement and payment of all fees to the respective rights holders for the film (royalties) and the film music (Tono).
